System Administrator
Role Overview:
To always ensure best-in-class uptime, we’re looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our cloud-based company!
Your role will be to build, configure, and manage internal systems, and networks on-premises and in the cloud. You will be part of a team that owns network, security and cloud applications that allow the organization to run optimally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage networks and development infrastructure, while consistently implementing organizational IT best practices
- We take IT seriously and expect that our system administrator will keep all internal IT assets, infrastructure, and networks always secure
- Manage Azure AD & Office 365 environments
- Maintain SaaS applications infrastructure
- Work closely with the Cyber security team, troubleshooting and resolving networks and applications.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of proven experience as a System Admin
- Excellent technical capabilities and ability to solve complex problems
- Experience working with Azure AD, SSO integrations, Office 365, Microsoft Intune
- An advantage: Internet protocols, firewalls, Powershell, MailRelay, and DNS
- Knowledge of networks and network typologies and protocols, including switches and VLAN configurations
- Self-motivated, possessing a high sense of urgency and a high level of integrity
- A strong problem solver; must be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex, difficult problems
- Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Project Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource assignments, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project constraints.
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Facilitate project team collaboration, conflict resolution, and decision-making processes. - Ensure project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and deliverables, is up-to-date and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project changes through a formal change control process, evaluating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners, as required, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a relevant industry or domain.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Knowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance principles and practices.

Cybersecurity Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect our organization's networks, systems, and data from cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the protection of our digital assets.
- Design and deploy secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and virtual private networks (VPNs).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify potential weaknesses and mitigate risks.
- Implement and manage advanced security solutions, such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems.
- Monitor and analyze security logs, network traffic, and system events to detect and respond to potential security incidents or breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training and educational programs for employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and network security protocols.
- Expertise in security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and security automation tools.
- Familiarity with industry security frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security data and identify patterns or anomalies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or CEH are highly desirable.
